About Our Staff

Pastor Scott Bailey has grown to love the Majestic Baptist Church body after beginning his ministry in Pueblo West in November, 2001. Prior to coming to Majestic he served in churches in Amarillo, TX, and Littleton, CO during his ministry that began in 1978. He prepared for the ministry by graduating from Moody Bible Institute (Chicago, IL, 1977), Colorado Christian University (Denver, CO, 1978) and Denver Seminary (1992).
Scott married his gifted wife, Alicia, on November 26, 1982, and she participates in the ministry through teaching preschoolers, making quilts and cooking lots of delicious meals! Scott and Alicia are blessed with 2 incredible children (just ask them!). Their son Chas is a Colorado State University-Pueblo graduate. He and his wife, Ruth are the parents of Chase, Mason, and Abi and served the Lord with Cru in Eastern Europe for 10 years. Presently they live in Pueblo and Chas works for a local business and Ruth still serves with Cru at CSU-Pueblo. Their daughter Megan also graduated from CSU-P. She and her husband Donny are the parents of Ella, Paul, Alicen, and Bryan and have served the Lord in churches in Pueblo and Georgia for the last 10 years. Presently they live in Pueblo. Scott's favorite hobbies include snow skiing, climbing 14ers, golf and his family.
Scott's ministry can be characterized by a love for all ages in the body, passionate worship, practical preaching, and a delight for personal time in the Word and prayer.

Elisha Vinson started working with youth through missions, sports, music, theatre and camping in 1995. After he and his wife graduated from College of the Ozarks (Hard Work U!), in Missouri, they moved to Nashville, TN. Elisha received the privilege of marrying Jamii Torres on June 14th, 2003, who has blessed his life in every way since. Included in those blessings are a little lady named Ciela, a young man named Garrett, and another little gentleman named Elias.
Since becoming members of Majestic, they have appreciated the joyfulness found in a church home that is full of such amazing love and support for the Pueblo West community. Their Majestic service includes children’s church, AWANAs, VBS, and both the middle and high school student youth programs.
Both Jamii and Elisha grew up in scholastic families and learned the importance of teamwork and fellowship through music and sports. Elisha has worked in the community support and outreach realm for a long time, but has never felt more at peace and home than here in Colorado with the added benefit of his extended family. The Vinsons understand the chance to assist the building and growing of our neighborhoods as tour guides through the nurturing examples that God has set forth for them to follow. The next exciting chapter is in the honor of teaching our youth at Majestic how to be productive at learning how to be faithful, obedient servants for the eternal glory of God.

Stephanie has been a member of Majestic Baptist Church since 2007 and has served in various ways while raising her family and growing in her walk with the Lord. She started her ministry partnership at Majestic soon after becoming a member helping in the nursery, taking on various roles in AWANA Clubs, and in Vacation Bible School. Stephanie became the VBS Director at Majestic Baptist Church in 2017 and has been highly involved in Vacation Bible School since. She has served on the Royal Gorge Baptist Association VBS team since 2019 and has also been on the State VBS team for Colorado since 2022. Her role as the Administrative Assistant started in June 2025 and she is looking forward to serving the church and bringing glory to God for many years to come.Stephanie was born in La Junta, Colorado and moved to Pueblo in 1986 when she was 2 years old. She has lived in Pueblo since, graduating from Pueblo County High School in 2002. Stephanie met her highschool sweetheart Andrew at the end of her Junior year (2001). Stephanie and Andrew were married on October 2nd, 2004 and have 3 wonderful children. Emily (18), Cameron (16) and Kaleb (14).

Nicole Garrison was blessed to be a part of Majestic Baptist Church since 2016. She has been leading our Women’s Ministry since 2020. She has been teaching our Awana clubs and Sunday School since 2018. She has became our Children’s Director since September of 2023.
Nicole and Todd have been married since 2017. We share 4 wonderful children, Kylin, Ozzira, Zaidin and Olivia.
Nicole grew up in south Louisiana but has lived in Colorado since 1999. She has enjoyed raising a family here at Majestic and looks forward to see what God does next.
